Our Cancellation Policy

• Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not incur any charges.
• Appointments cancelled within 12 to 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment or procedure.
• Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, or missed appointments, will incur a charge of 100% of the booked treatment or procedure.
• Patients who have booked through packages may forfeit one of their sessions based on the conditions outlined above.
• We seek your kind understanding on this policy to ensure smooth operation of the clinic for both our patients and team.
