3. Appointments and Cancellations 

  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time will not be subject to any charges.
  • Appointments cancelled 12 hours or less may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked treatment/procedure.
  • Missed appointments may be subject to 100% charge of the booked treatment/procedure.
  • Patients who have booked packages may lose one of their sessions in accordance with the above.

4. Payments 

  • Payment terms, methods, and conditions (if applicable) are communicated during service confirmation. Users are responsible for ensuring payment accuracy. 

5. Intellectual Property 

  • All text, images, graphics, and other materials on the Site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent. 

6. User Conduct
